James Arthur Ewing

James Arthur Ewing was the 40th Governor of American Samoa. He took the office on November 28, 1952 and resigned on March 4, 1953.[1][2] He was appointed by President Harry Truman.[3] Prior to his appointment, Ewing was an executive with an Ohio steel company.[4] He was from Youngstown, Ohio.[5]
